Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator
Part-time position (approx. 20 hours a week)
with potential to increase to a full-time role

Hours flexible, weekend work and
occasional evenings will be required.
Must have own transport.

Position & Requirements:-

  • Passion for Sales and Marketing - Increase sales through active marketing. Expand and build our supplier and venue databases locally and nationally through research and lead generation.
  • Relationships with the Media - play an integral role in building our public/media relations and corporate communications to include writing eye catching press releases.
  • Expand our Bridal Databases – take control and optimise our databases on a daily and monthly basis through lead generation.
  • Event Management Experience - co-ordinate wedding fairs and networking events to a high standard ensuring the company provides excellent customer service to wedding professionals and visitors.
  • Research and Blogging - seeking a savvy wordsmith to join our team. Candidates must have a love for writing, a comprehensive understanding of the wedding industry and experience in blogging to achieve daily business goals. Sustain and develop the blog’s overall reach internationally. 
  • Social Media Skills - implement strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, suppliers and promoters of our company. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
  • IT Skills – Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word and Excel. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. Knowledge of Linkedin, Google+, Blogger, Wordpress, Publisher and Photoshop an advantage but not necessary.
  • Communication Skills - Do you have a knack for getting the right emails into the right inboxes at the right times? You'll be expected to develop and track email campaigns to ultimately increase our business' email marketing success. 
  • Ideas and Enthusiasm - excellent organisational and administration skills to work independently and manage projects with enthusiasm, driving the business forward.
