Why Am I Unable To Save My Contact Details

For the WeddingHour website to work we do need some compulsory information.

On the contact details page we require as a minimum the following details:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Business Category (the choices are Designer, Media, Venue or Wedding Supplier)
  • City (although using the map app is the recommended route as this will enable the website search to find your business) Please always check that the city chosen is correct, remember this is an international directory.
  • Contact Email (will be filled in automatically from your initial membership email you imputed, but can be amended if required)

we would also recommend that you fill in as much information as possible to give the website visitors as much information as possible, but the items listed above are the absolute minimum. Once you have filled out this information just click on the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the page.

Clicking this button should take you to the Company Profile Photo page. If you remain on the same page after clicking the button it means that some required information is missing, just scroll back u the page and look for the missing section, it will be highlighted with a red border, fill out the required details and save again.
